1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using IntroGenie you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
IntroGenie is an AI-powered platform that generates short video intros and stitches them onto your source videos.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive purposes.
4. Credits & payments
IntroGenie uses a credit-based system. Credits are deducted when a job is created. The cost depends on the intro duration you select (3-second or 5-second).
Credits never expire. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
No refunds on completed generations. Each credit purchase pays for a generation run, not for a particular result. AI output is non-deterministic — the same prompt can produce different results each time — and satisfaction with creative output is subjective. For these reasons, we do not issue refunds or credit reversals for completed generations. If a job fails due to a platform or infrastructure error before a result is delivered, credits are automatically returned to your balance.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK). BYOK access is a one-time purchase. When using BYOK mode, you supply your own fal.ai API key and pay fal.ai directly for generation costs. IntroGenie is not responsible for charges incurred on your fal.ai account.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms.
5. Your content
You own your content. Videos you upload and intros generated for you remain yours. We claim no ownership or intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the service you grant IntroGenie a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your intro. This license ends when the job is complete and generated files are deleted.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any video content you submit. Do not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or violates any applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use IntroGenie to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or security controls.
- Resell or redistribute access to IntroGenie without written permission.
- Run automated scripts or bots against the service.
7. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party infrastructure (fal.ai) and may experience delays or temporary outages.
Jobs that remain in a pending or generating state for more than one hour are automatically failed, and any credits charged are refunded to your balance.
8. Limitation of liability
IntroGenie is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntroGenie, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of IntroGenie after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
